There are key words or phrases with some types of cleansers and other compounds, and they can range from:

Make sure it dries first. (Often seen.)

Rinse well. (Also often seen.)

Don't let your animals near this one.

Avoid using this in the house if you have such and such a type of animal there.

This one is okay.

There is a false rumor about this one (for example the false rumor about Febreeze).

In this case the questions were about a cleanser which had not been allowed to dry and it turns out to have as an ingedient a compound that carries concerns when it is wet.
