Subject: adrenal?

If a male starts to show sexual aggression, is it almost always adrenal? I have one who is around 2. He has thin hair on the bottom of his tail but not gone. He "scruffs" two of my other ferrets and just hangs on. He never "humps" but he will not let go. This morning I had to pull him off and he has a slight swelling in the penis area. It's always one of the same two male ferrets he gets on and always when in the pen. Could there be another cause for this.
Also one of these males he gets on has a diarrhea problem. In the morning his poop is very runny and I mix pepto with his chicken gravy. By afternoon his poop is well formed but not still not totally normal. He eats, plays, sleeps, drinks fine. Could stress be the culprit?
