As I, not Blizzard my ferret, just had a liver biopsy, I think it is great
that your vet got a look at it as opposed to just getting a "piece of meat!"
To see what may be going on in the future, an ultrasound may come in handy,
as again, this was used on me, the human. The liver has a tendency to "cure
itself," so hopefully it will do its job...with a little TLC from you and
assistance from your vet.
