I had quite a few with lymphoma - depending on where it shows itself it can
be easily treated or not...the first thing to do is a biopsy of the affected
node to give you an idea of what is happening - lymphoma is easily treated if it
develops in an external node first (like sub mandibular for instance).
Removal of the affected node and chemo will increase the quality (and quantity) of
life...but if the node is internal, the results can be less posiitive.

I can tell you from personal experience that chemo is exhausting and
expensive - but in one case, increased quality of life for more than 2 years...its up
to the vet and the ferret..(We followed the recommendations from
Hillyer/Quesenberry's ferrets, rabbits and rodents)..

email me offline for more info.
