I have an 3,5 years old girl ferret. In the past 3 monts she lost quite a l=
ot of weight. She has dropped from 850g to merely 700g. She has been eating=
normal, her stools are also normal looking, she is parasites free, also fe=
ces test were made (all neg.). Her urine was ok (nitrites were a little bit=
higher). Also no internal organs are enlarged. 3 weeks ago she got a vitam=
in B shot (in combination with something else) and since then she gained ba=
ck some weight (exact. 45g - she is now 745g).
I have to mention that in august we got two new ferrets and she was pretty =
shocked because of that.
Well, since I wanted to exclude all medical issues, we also made a blood te=
st. There are some values which concernes me and I am confused with the uni=
tes (=B5mol/l and mmol/l) written near chemistry panel values... Can someon=
e does an interpretation for me, please...

CBC: WBC=3D5,6, RBC=3D12.0 (H), hemoglobin=3D17,5, hematocrit=3D59% (H), MC=
V=3D49, MCH=3D15 (L), MCHC=3D29,8, platelet count=3D262 (L), neutrophils=3D=
40%, lymphocytes=3D52% (H), monocytes=3D4%, eosinophils=3D4%
chemistry panel: AST=3D1.09 (=B5kat/l), Alkaline Phosphate=3D0.66 (=B5kat/l=
), Urea nitrogen=3D11,2 (mmol/l), Creatinin=3D57 (=B5mol/l), Glucose=3D3,4 =
mmol/l, Phosphorus=3D1,8 mmol/l =
