In my insulinomic ferrets, after 6 hours I would have seen numbers lower than 50. Not to say 69 is not on the low side, but it was a long fast. Was that 69 from the lab? Or the in house glucometer? If from the lab it is more accurate, if it was spun down and serum separated within 20 minutes. If it was on the in house quick glucose check, that can run a little lower than the actual values. I would just repeat it, and if no symptoms of insulinoma, wouldn't worry too much.
