Subject: Spot of fur loss, red skin and an intern small lump

Hi everyone,
I just saw now something on my ferret that worried me.
Pikku, our 7 year-olf female ferret has a strange spot of hairloss on the side of her body. The skin looks a bit redish and there is 2 small red points, like a bite. Touching it I could feel a small lump (the fur is growing again as it seems)
She is eating, drinking, pooping urinating and even putting on weight, but she is an old lady what makes my afraid.
We are calling the vet tomorrow morning for a Xray (since here in Switzerland is now 24:30)
I just would like to know if could be something serious or just an alergy.
