Leslie, since you and your vet have the addresses and contact info for the two vet groups researching such presentations, please, be sure that Whitey's remains which can be used to help others go tot them. Thanks so much for doing that for others.

Yes, Dr. xxx has already put a call in to them and is waiting to hear
back.
I hope that someone can learn something from his information. Its such a
waste for these poor animals to die and no one knows what the cause is.
The good thing that did come of this is that while I was scouring the web
looking for help, I found out how many homeless, abandoned and abused
ferrets are out there. There's one at my local dog pound and I've already
put in an application to adopt him.
