Mike's statement is based on the recent research into tumor response to Lupron (which varies also according to the type of tumor). There is work which shows that some tumors may stay pretty well stable and some may actually shrink with Lupron Depot injections.

Knowing that means that what was thought to be fine may actually not be optimal.

More gets learned over time and then what is done is changed is fit the present state of information.
