It's been a while since you posted, but thought I'd answer anyway. I took my 7 year
old male to a new vet when he seemed to have stopped urinating completely. Barely
overnight and he was close to death when I got him to the vet. She found he had
something enlarged that was creating a blockage and gave him a bypass.
