Hi Linda,
Regardless of the type of tumor (and especially if
it is malignant) I would recommend Lupron if all of
the right gland can not be removed. The part of the
adrenal gland that remains will likely become a problem
again, so giving Lupron to try to prevent a future reoccurrence
of the tumor makes sense.
