Hi all, =

A lot of you have probably helped me in the past with my fuzzy Boo. He's do=
ing great. Grown all his beautiful white hair back. Since his adrenal surge=
ry in Sept. he's gaining weight and feeling like he wants to run and play l=
ike he used to. But....there's a few things that are still nagging me thoug=
h, and I'd like some feedback from everyone in here. (I'll be seeing my vet=
on Dec. 4th).
Since Boo's surgery he's went from 2.4 lbs to current 3.2 lbs. which is fab=
ulous. But now he has this tummy that is hard as a rock and very plump *for=
lack of a better word. It wasn't a sudden thing, just always bugs me since=
he's had it for a few months. He's been making little noises whenever I to=
uch or rub his belly. He also makes these little noices occasionally when I=
feed his babyfood/kibble mix or even sometimes I've been noticing he makes=
them when he goes potty. He has full energy, eats the meals I give him eve=
ry 4 hrs and gets his sub-q fluids daily. Since surgery, he's been on and o=
ff an antibiotic (cefa drops). When we first tried to wean him off, it was =
shortly after surgery and he seemed still in too much pain and lethargy so =
the vet put him back on .25cc's twice day. So, now since he's been doing s=
o much better, we finally decided to take him off again a week or two ago. =
He's seemed to do fine. What does any of this sound like to you?? Pred bell=
y?? Or,does it sound like it stems from taking him off antibiotic? Tummy ac=
hes?? I Have no clue, so any advice is great. He does not seem to let it bo=
ther him too much cause he's the usual goofball self.
Thanks everyone!!
Terra and Boo
