Subject: eggs in chicken gravy?

i have a funny quandry, i don't eat eggs but i need
the shells to make chicken gravy. can i put the rest
of the egg in the chicken gravy as well, in the second
stage where it gets boiled for 20 minutes then ground?
can ferrets have eggs?
