We are not in the U.K. but there certainly have been U.K. members of the FHL who have or have had ferrets with adrenal neoplasia. That is true elsewhere outside North America, as well. In fact, there are some studies of it from the Netherlands.

We had one who developed adrenal neoplasia twice who would drop a large amount of her coat within a week. Most take longer. In her case it also did damage to her fur follicles so when stressed she would lose fur temporarily.

Another lost fur rapidly and she had only one adrenal growth. In her case it was malignant but she had her surgery and it was curative, giving her many more years of life.
