Hi

I am by no means any way, shape or form an expert; but I DO know that
ferrets can catch pretty much everything we can!! When I have any type
of ANYTHING I wash my hands before touching my babies, and NEVER, EVER
kiss them or in any way do anything that might pass on the bug.

I would also imagine that, if one ferret got it, it would pass to others
as they nose to nose and lick each other, etc.

What say you experts out there?

I had a member pose a question that I can't answer and was hoping that it
would be answered here - can ferrets catch strep throat and/or whooping cough?
