What over the counter meds can kill ferrets??? I have just recently
started crushing vitamin C tablets and adding a small amount to the
crushed Melatonin I give; and was thinking of breaking open some of the
vitamin E gels to add to the mix.

Would that be harmful?

SMART move on your part! Some of the over the counter meds for humans
can kill ferrets. Just like you, I now can't help but wonder if the
other poster ran into just that sort of situation, that other meds were
added and one of those caused the situation.

Smart move! We haven't done that yet personally due to the very long
drive to our vet, but we are seriously considering it. Steve and I keep
reading good reports about them.
