If these are ones which your pulmonologist or allergist recommended to you then they are going to not be among the ones that produce a lot of ozone. Many air cleaneers of that type carry an ozone risk which is why you'll often find such medical professionals specifying hepa filter air cleaners. (We've got several family members in our extended families who have to see one or the other of these professionals so we are used to those recommendations by now.)
If they are not recommended by the health professionals who are treating you then check with your own medical professional about their ozone risk.
If they advertise that they create a fresh smell or an "after rainstorm" smell then they are ozone creators and in that case they will not only be hard on the ferrets' lungs but also on your's.
Ozone in the upper atmosphere is important but down where we are it is a lovely smelling pollutant which causes lung irriatation if there is too much of it.
Ferrets breathe at a much faster rate than humans so the risk from a pollutant is increased; it's one reason they are used in studies of damage from cigarette smoke (that and because they are inclined to some types of trouble from it).
