Sure sounds like a severe allergic/anaphylactic reaction to something and
these are usu quick with in exposure so I would search your environment
especially where he was the last hour or 2 before the event occurred. You
may never know but you need to find some possible options to help prevent a
recurrent episode. best of luck.
