Well, see, it is GOOD that there was confusion because now you can find out that Carafate is a better choice -- incredibly more effective and nowhere near as stessful, esp. if you get the liquid version avialable from any pharmacy. It's a prescription medicine and is on the affordable side, especially for something as small as a ferret.
I had to check into something about Ferretcentral yesterday and noticed that its last update appears to have been in Dec of 1998, 6 years ago. In ferret health care somuch had changed drastically in 6 years.
