Mine have two of the small Kongs. With my kidlets, a *true* Kong will last
about two years before there are enough holes in it to start giving me
worries about pieces coming off.

They get a workout too. All of my ferrets love to play with them, from
scooting around backwards with them held between their paws, to grabbing it
with their teeth and carrying it around like a prized piece of food.

A suggestion, or perhaps a warning...If your ferret has a good grip on the
Kong, do NOT try and take it away...you could very easily break a ferret's
tooth, or worse, dislodge a tooth.
