Hello everybody!

Here is the biopsy report of Pikku, my 7 year-old female ferret. The diagnoses says she has lymphosarcoma.

She is quite active, with a huge and healthy appetite. Urine and stolls are normal as well!

the original report was in German since we live in Switzerland. Hope I translated into english withouth missing any medical term.

Any help will be enourmoulsy appreciate!

Happy holidays,
Paty & Pikku

"The majority of the smear contains only fat pads around numerous small fat drops. In only one smear there is a moderate consistence of cells with a nucleus but they are often badly spread or denuclized.

Their morphology is partially well recognizable, the cell image seems very uniform. It is made of a high percentage of unripe lymphoid cells which contain a round shaped nucleus (in which the nucleon is often clearly recognizable) and a long shaped zytoplassmasm. The percentage of small mellow lymphocyts is very low."
