The one without added things ONLY mentions allergy, not sinus.

What ingredients are listed?

I am looking in
http://www.benadryl.com/
to see if I can find the ingredients.

I can not find a list of ingredients, but since that one is called Benedryl-D it probably has an added decongestant, so you would have to find out what decongestant and preferably the amount and then see if it is considered safe for ferrets.

Okay, found it.

The two active ingredients in that one are

Active ingredients (in each 5mL)*

Diphenhydramine HCl 12.5 mg

Antihistamine

and

Pseudoephedrine HCl 30 mg

Nasal decongestant

I don't know if it would be safe to give pseudoephedrine casually to a ferret. It is used for anaplylatic reactions but they do already have pretty zippy heart rates. Perhaps somone else will know more, and you could leave a message for your vet asking for a call-back.
