There are many possibilities for his condition. Sounds like he might have adrenal disease, but I can't say if that would account for his current condition.
He really needs to see a vet ASAP.
Until then, see if you can get him to eat. Get some Gerber's chicken baby food. Warm it slightly and feed it to him off your finger. He'll probably hate it initially if he's never had it before but he'll learn pretty quickly that it's not so bad after all.
