Can you feel a bladder on him? Rach between the hind legs and move up. If
you can gently try to express it and relieve the fluid from the baldder. if
not 2 possibilities, one is that the bladder ruptured and giving more lasix
puts the urine into the belly instead, the second is that he has gone into
oliguric renal failure which is kidney failure that occurs where they don't
prduce urine and sometimes even lasix does not help. He needs a urinary
catheter to be sure. And an evaluation ASAP. None of these scenarios is
good so keep up trying to find someone. Best to you and your little one.
