I think it is adrenal and would consider exploring him and using a
transfusion. You need to remove the promary cause of the nonregenerative
anemia or no matter what you are just using a band aid. It could be
autoimmune but adrenal is more likely. Usu with this kind of adrenal
disease you don't get your typical adrenal signs. It de[ends on which area
of the adrenal gland is most affected. Best to you but don't miss a fix
that is easier now and waitig on results too long that you can't repair
