Hi, Donald, and everyone else,

This comment puzzles me. Lymphoma can progress slowly
but it also can be extremely aggressive. Adric had a
clean bill of health from the vet. The next month he
went from normal to having a golf ball sized lymph
node on his neck practically overnight. We lost him
about two weeks later. We lost three other ferrets
(Ker Avon, Kodo, and Podo) to lymphoma that progressed
very rapidly. In Podo and Kodo's cases they were both
very old ferrets with other medical problems.

I know that doesn't help your situation. I just want
to understand what your vet means by "much more
aggressive than lymphoma". I just can't fathom that.

All the best,
Caity and the fabulous four
