About 7 mo. ago my son found an abandoned ferret. It was in a travel cage on the side of the road. It had been pouring down rain for several days and we arent sure how long he was there.He was extremly thin and in time lost nearly all his fur.His muscle coordination was very poor. He did not show any improvement until we started feeding him dry cat food. His fur has grown back he has put on a little weight, his coornination has improved a little but not much. Can this be a result of the cat food and do you know what might have caused this condition?
