Hi Suzanne,
There is actually a Mycoplasma mustelidae that
has been found in mink (lungs) and ferrets (oral and
nasal cavities). Thus it may be possible for ferrets to
get a Mycoplasma infection. I would take the same
precautions as if you had the human flu virus.
