Goku needs a vet appointment right now. It is important ot find out what is going on with that eye and approach it correctly before there is infection or further eye damage.
The little girl's tail may be only dermal since you didn't mention this anywhere else. Tails do have a tendency to usually (but not always) just be an acne like situation. See what you vet thinks about trying approaches for that possible cause first to see if they work.
