Here's a little trick. It does not work in all animals but it is very safe.
There is a product called Rescue Remedy, it is a Bach Flower Remedy and is
available thru health food stores, herb shops or even apothecary's. It is a
mood stabilizor and can help to destress them a bit. It is a human product.
I use it either 1 drop directly twice per day or use it in the water
bottle. If you use an 8oz bottle use 1/2 dropperful and 1 dropperful for a
16oz bottle.
Generally any added time with them and talking to them can help, as can
massage therapy. I don't know what Taz's problems are but it should not be
a problem using it concurrently with other medications/supplements.

peacfully.
