Yes, if she has been on the enacard a while I would go to daily dosing then
to twice daily if she tolerates it. The enacard this way is not for the
heart strictly but it has been shown to decrease protein loss some and
perhaps help with her edema. Use small doses more frequently if she
tolteraltes then. Also yo made no mention of a diuretic likd lasix, is she
on it if not that would be another thing that can help her ride the fluid
and hopefully help stabilize protein loss a bit. I had an a case with imune
complex disease of the kidney and these are things that helps. Even as she
declied she even ate a treat the day we put he down. I hope this helps.
