I believe these neurotoxic effects you describe are what it does to the
insects systems not the mammal's it is being used on. It is how it attacks
the fleas and ticks (and even the ear mites). This is how many of these
products work but it is directed at an insect like cycle. You can email the
company and I am sure they would explain for you. I believe it is produced
