If my other ferret isn't doing any grinding of the teeth, what should I do?=
I have a plug in airfreshner in my room. It is kind of low to the ground=
. We also heat our house by gas. Since Kodo has insulinoma and I can't gi=
ve him anything sweet, how can I give him his Ferret Lax because it has mol=
assas in it? On the way home this afternoon, he was biting at the cage and=
I could hardly calm him down. He also went right to his food and ate. I =
had to wake him up just now to give him his medicine for the night and make=
sure he ate some of his food. He hasn't gotten up since this afternoon. =
I just called my vet because I was worried about what I've heard about the =
grinding. I have to bring him in tommorow for an xray. Now that I think a=
bout it, it would make a lot of since with everything that has gone been wr=
ong with Kodo. He has been using the bathroom, but my vet said he might ha=
ve a partial blockage. If he is in pain somewhere, this would be the reaso=
n why he isn't eating well. And since he hasn't been eating well, his gluc=
ose would be low. I've been concentrating so much on his insulinoma, that =
it didn't even occur to me to ask my vet about the grinding. Does this sou=
nd like it could be the problem? I'm taking all of the scented things out =
of my room and we are going to have our house checked for leaks just in cas=
e. Thanks so much for everyone's help. I really hope this is the solution=
!
