If by chance she has internalized any Mast Cell Tumor (to spleen or liver)
it could be. The cells within it can release granules that cause an
allergic like problem. I would try her on Cimetidine or tagament. with
carafate if you can get it. Give carafate first wait 1 hour then give the
other. You could also try a bit of benedryl and If she is not on it
Prednisolone, these 3 might help with the mast cell too, but if the stools
are dark, the carafate coats, the tagamet decreases acid production so
stomach can heal and the benedryl helps with nausea.

For the creams I would use them 2-3 times per day. I would use the
antibiotic cream over the ointment. Licking won't hurt but try and keep
from licking for 5-10 minutes so enough is absorbed. Don't know where you
are located or what meds you can get, but there is also an oint you can get
from a vet called Tri Top that has an antibiotic, cortisone, and a topical
anesthetic in it.
You can apple both creams at once if needed because the creams rub in, if
you use 1 cream and 1 oit use the cream first.

I have also used a bit of liq barium in these gus to coat the tummy. It is
really a diagnostic aid but it has benefits therapeutically. Many of the
vets on the board do not give pepto since they say it is stressful but the
way I use it I don't have a problem. They make an adult tablet (not the
chewable one) the regular tablet is unflavored. I crush it and mix with
water (don't use a lot of water, just enough to make it a thick liquid and
give about 1/8 of this in a small ferret and keep it chilled. I find this
works better, helps with diarrhea, the ulcers and sometimes they eat better.
Give it twice per day.

I hope this helps. Keep us updated on how she is doing.
