Moderator is correct. The Purevax has no adjuvants in it and is more pure
making it safer but reactions still occur. Moreover the company that makes
the Purevax is the same and only company that make an approved Rabies
vaccine for ferrets. I use these but watch the ferrets in the office for an
hour before released and even after that hour there is still a chance for
reaction, but the first hour is the mostlikely time period. Also sometimes
splitting the vaccines is a good idea so that you can tell if one or both
cause reactions and that if both are involved you don't risk a greater
chance of problems (both being Purvax and Rabies). Hope this helps.
