Hi everyone. Unfortunately, if you are up-to-date with Kodo's insulinoma p=
roblems, he isn't doing much better. He is still making the "chompin" nois=
e when he eats. I have even heard him do it in his sleep. He is also rubbi=
ng his mouth against the floor after he eats and sometimes for no reason at=
all. I took out all of the plugin airfresherners in my room in hopes that =
it was an allergy that was making him do this. I also took him to the vet =
Tuesday and she palpated his stomach and took an xray. She said that she co=
uld not see anything on the xray or feel anything in his stomach. She clea=
ned his teeth, thinking that his mouth may be hurting for some reason. Non=
e of this has worked. I took him and my little girl ferret, Podo, into the=
den with me tonight in hopes a new play room would perk him up. I tried p=
laying with him in the ways that we used to. He just went to the door and =
kept scatching at it for me to open it up. After a couple of times trying =
to get him to play (even Podo tried to get him to play), he finally just la=
yed there. I got him and Podo and put them back into my room. He immediat=
ely went and layed down in a little hide-away-box I have for them. I feed =
him his Pred, and tried to get him to eat some. He took it under the bed a=
nd just left it. I had to put him into his bed and feed him piece by piece=
before he would eat. His eyes was squinting and he made the "chomping" no=
ise one time while he was eating. I am out of ideas. I think my vet might=
be too. Is there anything else that might be causing him to do this? It =
has been about two weeks since his last glucose test. Should I get the vet=
to check this? And should I do a "fasting" test this time? Any ideas woul=
d be great. Otherwise, I feel like Kodo might not last that much longer if=
we can't find out what is wrong. I feel like he is in pain and I'll do an=
ything to find out what it is! Is there something I could ask my vet about=
that she might not have thought of?

Thanks for everything, Haley and Kodo

Thanks
