Hi Haley,
It sounds like Kodo may have a stomach ulcer
that is causing the teeth grinding and face rubbing.
I would suggest Carafate about 10 minutes before
feeding him. This will coat the ulcer and take away
the pain when he eats. Continue with just baby food
or Hill's a/d for ~4 weeks then slowly add his kibble.
Also give Carafate about 10 minutes before his Pediapred.
Hopefully that will help him eat better. Yes, it would be a good
idea to recheck his glucose level, but not a fasting sample.
