Hey. I don't know if this is possible in ferrets but I take pred a few times
a year and so does my mother and it can cause a yeast infection in the mouth
(thrush) and it makes it very painful to eat especially hard things you have
to really chew with a rough texture or acidic things. Like I said, I don't
know if this happens in fuzzies but it definitely does in humans. Post back what
you find out, I am curious now.
