I've seen my share of seizures. I have never seen one with the ferret just laying flat with legs behind him, though I suppose it's possible they could happen to be in that position. That just sounds like normal ferret speedbumping.
In my case, they have all looked pretty much the same when their blood sugar has plummeted. The ferret is totally unresponsive and limp as a dishrag. They usually make a gasping for air type of reaction, though I don't think they are actually short of breath. This occurs pretty regularly. Maybe once every couple minutes up to as long as 15-20 minutes apart.
That's it as far as what I've seen a dozen or so times over the years.
