Spayed females can get a little infection in the stump which can cause
swelling and a discharge. I'd ask my vet to try a broad spectrum
antibiotic for a couple of weeks to see if that is it. If it goes away
then comes back you'd want to look up inside the vagina to see if she
has picked up some foreign matter that is causing the inflamation.
