Subject: Elmo & Harold sick of Chicken Gerbers Baby Food

I have two ferrets that I've managed to pull through Alleutian (unfortunate=
ly I lost their sibling to same). Both Elmo and Harold were down to a third=
of original body weight and had lost a major amount of body hair by late J=
uly. Despite surgery, meds, vitamins - a vet bill of @$4,000, they were sti=
ll making an extremely slow recovery by mid December. Than I started feedin=
g them 2 cans daily of Gerber's Organic Chicken and Brown Rice, Stage II an=
d their weight and energy levels have doubled in the last three months and =
their hair has also begun to grow back. (Have continued to treat them with =
all of the vitamins and assorted meds that the Vet has been giving me.) How=
ever, now they are growing quite bored with the stuff and are only consumin=
g 1 1/2 cans daily. They are making up for it by eating more dry food, but =
I'd prefer that they ate more of the baby food. Any suggestions as to a dif=
ferent flavor? Tried nonorganic but they turned up their noses at that. Can=
they eat the beef or veal? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
