Subject: Introducing a new ferret

I have a 6 year old ferret named pollux. About a week ago we got a huge cage for him and he seemed to miss the old one. Finally he is getting use to it but now we introduced a new baby girl ferret to our home. The first day pollux was very interested in her but now he is very depressed. He wont play, wont eat and is throwing up. he seems to be getting enough water though. We figured if we put him back in his old cage alone he would have some sort of comfort zone. Pollux still isnt his old self. Is he just stressed or could he have caught something from the new ferret so quickly?
