When I first read Bob's recipe, I couldn't believe the grinder bit. I
figured it was a "guy thing" to make it such a major project.

Want simplicity?

Get a pressure cooker. Cut up the chicken (legs, wings, back, breast) & put
it plus the giblets & neck in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes with water.
It's perfect. Goes thru the food processor easily .... no fuss, no muss. The
liquid goes back into the pot when you cook the gravy.
