I agree pressure cookers made the chicken gravy much easier. But I must
say that people should be warned that pressure cookers are dangerous. I
had a new pressure cooker suck in it's seal and blow hot ingredients out
at me sideways after being on only 5 minutes. 2nd degree burns on my
abdomen. It was shown via a lawsuit that the pressure cooker I
purchased had faults in it which resulted in the burns. So, anyone
using pressure cookers out there for the chicken gravy, please use
extreme caution. I, on the other hand, will not be using a pressure
cooker and have resorted back to using a grinder.
