I would not use cortisone with Ringworm it can make it worse. The Lym Dyps
are weekly for at least 4 weeks, you can use miconizole topically and if you
need something to soothe or help with the itch, oatmeal rinses are great.
Tea Tree oil is great for ringworm but it can be dangerous and I would not
have you use it with out assistance and guidance, even if it is natural.
Ideally if you can get it under control with topical therapy it is best, if
you need more them use of Sporanox is a possibility but can have its own
share of problems but most handle it fine. Was the ringworm diagnosed via
culture? Good Luck.
