In the current issue of "Ferrets" is an EXCELLENT article on ulcers by Dr. Bruce Williams which goes into ulcers in great detail, and that should help you since it is the leading candidate for what is wrong.
As Dr. Williams has said many time here that it usually pays to bandage up an ulcer first with meds like Carafate, and then to add other meds to tackle the cause later so that stress levels from some of the meds don't worsen the ulceration.
