Please get her to a vet. Bruising can be bleeding problem or spleen
problem. The head tilt could be ear infection or neurologic problem and it
could be both. Her size and her age make it imperative to get her looked
at. I feel like you are waiting and watching ew symptoms come about and
these can be additive and the more that occur the harder they ma be to
correct. I think it could be a lot of things but she needs to see a vet.
Once she is evaluated let us know what they find and we can give you more
information. best to you and your little one.
