You will need to take her back to the vet and have a complete exam.
The syptoms you describe sound more like episodes
that are probably not from recurrent accidents, but something
neurologic. Even the fact that when she sneezes she falls over
can be from neurologic problems, she is not real steady and
her balance is off so she can't maintain her head steady during even
the sneeze. It could also be many other things, and only a complete
vet exam, including testing her neurologically, and palpating
her abdomen, looking for signs of bleeding and checking her ears, etc
is very important. Please post back when the initial tests are done
with the preliminary findings so that you can get more input.

Unfortunately I can not say what it can be, but a complete exam
by the vet, perhaps a spinal xray and some blood work would
be a start.

Good luck,

Patty
