We have four ferrets. All are different ages...one is 7, one is 3 and
another is 18 mos. My first guess would be that you are bathing them far too often.
They just produce more odor when they are bathed more frequently. However,
that being said, two of mine (the oldest and youngest) have always itched a
lot. The older one had adrenal and he did not even slow down itching after the
surgery. But the little one is completely healthy and STILL scratches herself!

Would love to hear some suggestions on this one myself!
