Hello again everyone.

I posted Sunday evening about my 2 and a half year old going in for a biopsy to see whether or not she's got lymphoma. Well, I decided that before putting her under the knife, I should at the very least have her bloodwork done. And now I need your help because I'm at a loss.

Her symptoms are: enlarged lymph nodes. She did become withdrawn for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. But her activity level is back to normal and has been for about a week.

Her readings are:

Total Protein: 63 (reference 52-72)
Albumin: 35 (reference 29-44)
Globulin: 28 (reference 18-43)
A/G Ratio: 1.3 (reference 0.8-1.4)
Bilirubin (total): 0.9 (reference 0-17)
ALP: 16 (reference 10-72)
ALT: 77 (reference 64-250)
Creatnine: 75 (reference 80-170)
Hemolysis: Normal
Icteria: Normal
Lipemia: Normal
WBC: 3.0 (reference 4.4-18.8)
RBC: 11.3 (reference 6.5-9.8)
Hemoglobin: 183 (reference 128-180)
Hematocrit: 63 (reference 36-55)
MCV: 56 (reference 42-56)
MCH: 16 (reference 13-16)
MCHC: 293 (reference 300-380)
Reticulocytes: 1.9
Platelet Count: 554
Neutrophils: 45.7% abs.1.4
Lymphocytes: 47.7% abs.1.4
Monocytes: 2.2% abs.0.1
Eosinophils 3.7% abs.0.1

>From the research I've done - this doesn't add up to Lymphoma/sarcoma (keeping in mind her activity level is back to normal). I understand some of these readings, but am having a difficult time of piecing it all together. Infection? Anemia? Bone marrow problem? Immune system breakdown? My vet is still leaning towards lymphoma/sarcoma and is recommending the biopsy. But he also knows very well that I will continue to research before making up my mind, as I always do with this type of decision. BTW, I'm very lucky in that he accepts and actually welcomes my efforts.

If anyone can help, I'd be eternally grateful.
